The WEEKLY RATE - Saturday start - for "Shanice" is £450 to £850 "high season" with £600 and £700 June/July. There is a £350 WINTER WEEKLY SAVER rate until  2nd May 2020 with short breaks Fri/Mon or Mon/Fri, £180. Shorter or longer pro rata by arrangement.  This excludes Christmas and New Year which are both £500 per week

Christmas 2020 to New Year  are high season costing £500 per week but phone for your requirements please. your requirements, calculated cost pro rata, but a minimum of £300 Christmas period and £400 New Year period.      

All rates are inclusive of heating, gas and electricity.

RETURNER BOOKINGS DISCOUNTS:  I am pleased to be able to offer to our many friends returning a £50 per week discount on all the summer dates: May - September and Christmas and New Year.  Please request when booking.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure with the balance due 28 days prior to arrival.

You can access the property from 3 p.m. onwards but please leave by 11 a.m. on your day of departure.  Keys will be forwarded to you by post which we would ask you to return also by post unless separate arrangements are made.
